The story...

I went in on May 14th at 11am to be induced. Started the process and by 7pm had only dilated a little bit and was just feeling contractions starting. By 3am I hadn't progressed much more so the doctor broke my water and I got a shot in my back for the pain. They told me it would last 2-5 hours....they don't do epidurals at my hospital anymore. Paul and I went to sleep as it had been a long day of nothing going on. I woke up at 7am and was feeling the contractions slightly. I was dilated to 9cm. It took over 2 hours for me to get to 10 and the pain meds had worn off. BUMMER! After 13 mins of pushing our biggest baby Josiah Vaughn was born. 9lbs 3.4 oz and 20.5 inches. He was born at 9:34am! He looks just like Jackson did when he was born just a bit bigger!
