Well Bunco was ok....They had sushi GAG...so I had the chinese chicken salad, which I am sure wasnt the greatest, but hey it wasnt 3 slices of pizza. I also had 2 mini snickers and a few twizzlers.
b: oatmeal, water
l: smart one, potatoes and broc, water
s: fiber one bar
d: chipolte (soft tacos with meat, small bit of sour cream and lettuce), 5 chips
no workout, but I WILL GET UP TOMORROW....
and I will be starting the Cabbage Soup Diet tomorrow. Wish me luck. I did it a while back and lost 9lbs, and gained a little back, so I think it will help get me comfortably into the 180's and I will STAY ON COURSE and keep it off!!
