no workout for me today. I made excuses...so now I have to workout on saturday...my normal day off! WAHH!

d: burrito bowl from Chipotle (rice, beans, meat, lettuce and a smidge of cheese) and NO CHIPS!

and I still have not eaten ONE SINGLE cake ball that I made NOR had one piece of Halloween candy!
