Day One gone...but not forgotten

Ugh so I was having problems sticking to my diet....getting to my computer to post....had out of town company....ahh well I have no good excuses!

Saw a friend of mine yesterday, she is looking GREAT and got me motivated to get moving again. I know I will feel better once I get 5-10lbs of weight off.

I am back at work today, so far 100% on plan.So here's to a fresh start! Tomorrow morning I am going to get up at 6am to walk/jog for 30 mins and work on getting ALL my water drank and cutting out my soda again (even though its diet, It cant be helping).

So my goals for this week are:
1. Get up and work out for 30 mins each morning
2. Drink at least 50oz of water
3. No soda or dessert

Re: the quiche - I'm guessing it would keep for 2 or 3 days, tops. I haven't tried to freeze it, not sure how it would do...

I'm hoping to get back on track as well. I start teaching my new classes this week, so I'm hoping this will allow me to set a schedule and stick to it.
