So here I sit at my kitchen table with my mini laptop eating a few cups of popcorn.
My eating has been really good the past few days, I even saw 210 on the scale this am...granted it was 210.8, but whatever it was 210! I am hoping that I can continue to lose about 3 lbs a week, I know it will slow down once I hit around 180, at least it did last time I lost weight. I had to basically change up everything I was doing to get over that hump, then it came off slower, but still CAME OFF.
I am feeling so much better about myself that I know this time is IT! The time I will lose 70lbs.
