So today I weighed 211.7. I think it would have been even less, but I had a date last night with my hubby. I ate light at breakfast and lunch so I could enjoy (much smaller portions) of dinner. We went to Outback. We shared the Melbourne steak, a side salad, garlic mashed potatoes and some bacon cheese fries. I ate about 700 calories all together. It felt GREAT to sit back after dinner and not feel like I was going to blow from being so STUFFED!
We went to the movies after and I had half a small popcorn and half of a sprite. So all in all I went over my calories by 250, but I did walk/run and made WAY better choices than I used to.
So I started AGAIN on July 26th.....so in 11 days I have lost 5.3lbs. Not as much as I had hoped, but I cant complain. I am hoping for a bigger loss tomorrow morning when I get some of this sodium outa my body!
