Day 2

38 days to go!!

Last night I did Bobs (biggest loser) workout on On Demand. OUCH again...my thighs are SCREAMING! I went and walked for 15 minutes around my building today just to help loosen them up.

Tonight I plan to try the Shred one I keep reading about all over the blog world. Jillian again will kick my ass I'm sure!
