Well another Monday is here.....and my weekend wasnt that great. BUT I did workout last week and got back on track Sunday.
Friday we went to Wicked and it was wonderful. I ate and drank a bit more than I should have probably, but I will be great this week to avoid a messy gain on Weds.
Tonight I plan to Zumba after the kids go to bed. I'm still trying to find the motivation to get up before they do in the morning to workout, but WOW its hard to think about getting up at 5:45am.
I will make my goal this week to workout 4 times...one of them I will get up early and do the elliptical.
I am feeling crampy.....prob AF in my future this week.....BUT I wont let her slow me down!!
