Monday

So I am back to posting my eating and points each day. I got the calculator thing for weight watchers from e-bay, but I think having WHAT I ate written down will help when I need to look back at what weeks I lost vs gained.

I went to the gym Friday, did 30 mins cardio and worked out my arms.
