Well after weeks of gaining and losing the same freaking half of a lb or less...I updated my sidebar. It makes me sad to see that I have essentially wasted FIVE weeks at the same weight.
NO MORE...I WILL break the 190's BY NEXT WEDS..MARK MY WORDS!!!!

Don't consider it wasted - you body was learning what the low 190s feels like. Now you are ready for the next step. You can do this - be gentle with your self. It isn't how long your journey takes, but the direction you are headed that matters.
Oops - YOUR body - not you body. Proofreading, I needs it.
I agree with Juice. I think it's great to maintain that positive attitude. You can do it!
