ok....wow

Where have I been? Not sure why I have not been here to blog, nothing exciting I guess...

WAIT there is! Last week I didnt hit the 180's like I had planned, but I did get to 190.3! This Weds I was back up a tad at 190.7.

I have been doing awesome this week and also got my butt up at 5am for the gym. My sister in law and a friend meet a few days a week at our local gym, so I went in and got a free 30 day pass. P is fine with me joining AFTER I prove to myself that I will go and use it religously.

I forgot how FABULOUS the gym is. I push myself harder, workout out longer and feel awesome when I leave. I also forgot how fabulous it is to have a partner (or two) that I know will be there at 5:20 and I have to be there too or I am a flake. The few other times that I have lost a good chunk of weight I had a gym membership AND a partner....so its ON PEOPLE! ITS ON!

Weds I did 45 mins of cardio (actually ran 25 mins straight..it was only a 4.2, but I was actually running!

Today was harder..the alarm was blarring and I didnt want to get up, but I did, did 40 mins of cardio (was only able to run 10 mins this time before my heart was hurting) and did some situps and leglifts after.

I am feeling better than I have in months...and even stronger and its only been 2 days. I plan to go tomorrow morning and then once over the weekend at some point..then do all 5 days in the morning again!

I do need some new gym shoes though. I have so many cute pairs of size 8 1/2, but after having my kids I now wear a 9, and my toes and heals cant take the beating anymore by squeezing into shoes that are too small! AND I dont want to give myself ANY excuses to not go!

I'm hoping to start getting up to exercise too! Good for you! I'm hoping I can just "plan" my diet into my schedule as I adjust to this new schedule.

I've been gaining and losing the same few pounds for a while now, so I obviously need to make a change too.

Keep it up!
