Tuesday

Today it was easier to get up despite only have 5.5 hours of sleep. I NEED to go to bed earlier, but my parents are coming over for dinner tonight and I had to get some house cleaning done. I peeked at the scale and I have gained....DEPRESSING, but I am sure its shocking my body to actually be working out so I wont really worry about my weight until NEXT weds.

I am going to start pushing myself a bit harder at the gym...I ran a good part of todays 30 mins, but I think I can step it up even more....pushing myself up a few more notches on the speed. My shins are what keeps me from running harder..they are soo sore.
