I am not going to worry about it until next weds when I have a full and complete week of eating right and working out to see what I am at.
I didnt work out this am, my partner didnt want to go and I dont quite have the willpower to drag my sorry butt outa bed and get to the gym alone. I am going to go walk at lunch today and will be back at the gym in the morning BRIGHT AND FREAKING EARLY!

SO no more skipping the gym, for some reason I was more hungry and made crapier choices!
