I plan to do some Jillian's Shred tonight. Its 10am and my headache is jusssst starting to feel better after 4 Tylenol. I have drank a ton of water, but haven't eaten yet, just wasn't feeling up to it.
Its 3pm and I am finally better. No headache in sight and now I am feeling guilty for not working out. SILLY I know, but I do. I am ready for 8pm when the kids are in bed and I can get to a good sweaty workout. I weigh in tomorrow but I just dont feel any loss, I STILL wont be frustrated because eventually the weight has to come off. I just have to stay motivated and NOT eat everything I want to eat on the weekends. I think that is whats making the weight hang on.

wow I didnt eat enough today.....I made chicken enchiladas and took one, but the tortillas were soggy, so I just at the chicken out of two of them.
