5am came quite early today LOL I heard my alarm and then my cell phone telling me I had a text message. My two friends both had different excused to not go workout, I was elated, I could go back to BED! Then I had second thoughts...about how crappy yesterday was with no working out, so I stood in the kitchen for a few minutes trying to wake up and be STRONG and go to the gym. I drug out my old walkman and my heartrate monitor, neither have seen the light of day since Jamison was born..and of I went...and I FEEL GREAT!

Great job on taking what could have been an easy out and turning it into a self motivator! That's huge considering how easily you could have slipped back into bed. You are encouraging!! Way to Go!
