So I Shreded both last night and this morning with Jillian! OUCH is all I can say, that dvd just doesnt get any easier! This morning I was only down 1lb. Which I know is good but I was hoping for more with all this working out. Next week will be better!

I did day one of the shred dvd yesterday, will go home and do day 2. Question, I may have missed this in the instructions but how will I know how many days to stay on level one?
Way to Go!! 1 pound down is wonderful. How do you like The Shred?? I've heard a lot about it and am thinking about getting it. Thanks for your inspiring comments. It's nice to have the extra encouragement especially from those in the same boat!! Keep going, your doing great!
You do level one until you feel ready to move to level two. I love it, its hardcore and kicks my butt everytime I do it.
