My top 10 reasons for wanting to lose weight.
1. For God. I want to show God that I love myself as much as he does.
2. For myself, I need to prove to myself I can do this and be happy with my body!
3. For my health, there is so many heart problems, diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol in my family that I have to get in shape to avoid following down the same path.
4. For my husband. He has been with me through THICK and thin. Unfortunately more thick than thin, but I want him to be able to enjoy a hot sexy wife!
5. For my kids. I want them to be proud of me. I don't want to be the FAT mom on the sidelines watching the game, I want to be a coach or team mom and be able to keep up with them. I don't want them to EVER feel embarrassed or have them teased by other kids because of my weight.
6. I don't want my thighs to rub together anymore.
7. I want to shop in the smaller sections for clothes and not have to seek out the XL or XXL clothes.
8. To be able to swim with my kids.
9. To at least like the way I look in pictures
10. To only have ONE chin!!!!

Great list! I had the same thing although I never wrote it down, it was all mental.
A reason I had, was so that I never had to turn sideways to enter a bathroom stall again.
Nope...never again!
