so I did my elliptical for my stroll last night. Today I have to take a walk at lunch and another round on the elliptical tonight, but as for the gym today is a day off.
I am struggling today with my food. I just want something ...something to fill me up. I miss that full feeling....and its only been 2 days LOL! How sad is it that I miss feeling bloated and full from eating something gross. I WONT cheat, I WONT eat anything other than my plan today, I know it will soon pass.

Oatmeal and protein shake
Meal replacement bar
Turkey con carne
Half of an apple (I ran out of bananas) and some turkey lunchmeat
Tonight for dinner is supposed to be stir fry, but Paul has to help out at the Jr youth at church and I have small group, so I am not sure exactly the plan at this point.

I hate the days like you are having today! Amazing how food has satisfied us for so long and it's hard to just take it away. Just remember that the future holds some many more rewarding things than a half hour of fatty satisfaction!!
:( it's been 1.5 years and I STILL miss that full feeling. Keep it up though, because the results are way better then you can imagine!
Keep it up Jen. You are an inspiration to me to keep it going on my end too. Our chatting each day helps a ton. Knowing someone else is going through the exact same eating issues is AWESOME in its own way.
