Well my eating wasn't on total point yesterday. We are having a family camp at church last night and the next two nights where they are serving bbq and different families bring sides and dessert. I had a hot dog, chips, cucumbers and some chocolate cake. Tonight I plan to SKIP the dessert. I swear it was like I never once thought "hey you are on plan here, don't eat that". Have to break that habit since I have been eating whatever I want for the past year!

I went to Walmart earlier today to find some shorts/capris to wear between now and when my old clothes actually fit again. I was wearing a 14 before I got preg, now I am almost the same weight and there is a good inch and a half to go before they will even button! I ended up with a 2 pairs of shorts and a pair of jean capris, one a 16m the other 2 18's. That made me sad, then determined to only be wearing those another month as I lose some weight and get this stomach shrunk back down a bit!

Today I did 23 mins on the elliptical and burned 200 cals. Slowly working my way up to 45 mins! I think tonight I might do some light weights and sit-ups after church.

keep up the with the exercise and meal plans chica!! you will be back to pre preggers size and WAY below before you know it!!!!
