Day 1

so I ate WAY more than I needed to all weekend knowing I was starting fresh today. So I am starting at 217.8. My goal is 150, so a little over 65 lbs to lose. I can do it, have done it before...just will take some time!

I have to figure out how many calories I should aim for since I am breastfeeding still. I know I need to eat more than I would typically, but I also know that replacing soda with water and junk food with fruit and cheese wont hurt the baby LOL! any ideas on the calories?

Day one...elliptical 20 mins, 167 cals. I am dying LOL! It was slow going and lots of sweat! I decided to wait on joining the gym until I prove to myself I am on track with eating right and working out on my elliptical or walking/running. I am going to do the couch to 10K starting next Mon to get ready for my 10k at the end of July.

I took some before pics so I will get those posted soon.

I am feeling good that I chose working out over the nap I wanted. I think Josiah knew I had to start today, he gave me a 4 hour chunk of sleep last night. SO NICE!

EXACTLY RIGHT, You can totally do this. Just takes hard work, time and lots of patience and you've got all of that I am sure. Proud of you for choosing the workout over the nap. Shew, what a tough decision that was I bet. One day at a time!
