So I have discovered over the past weeks I have been home that cereal is a BIG trigger for me. I eat a normal size, measured out bowl of healthy cereal. AND I WANT MORE! and more and more. I swear I could eat an entire box! I eat good for me cereal with low fat milk....why oh why do I want a trough of it! LOL

Most cereals cause a major blood sugar spike! I can handle oatmeal in the morning, but that's about it. Any other kind of cereal (cold cereals) makes me feel the same way - so I stay away!!
