I have been having a great week so far. Drinking my water and my eating has been good. I have been riding the bike at night while watching tv instead of eating popcorn and laying around. Guess I am out of the challenge...didnt produce like I was supposed to and was cut LOL Not getting any emails anymore or any response to my emails that I have sent. Oh well so be it. I can do this!! I figure I gained a bunch of new "friends" with great blogs to read and keep my inspired.
Today my sister in law is having her breast removed. It all happened so fast. She went in for something odd, found cancer and that it had spread enough that they needed to remove her breast and then do chemo after, all within a couple weeks. My brother and his family live far from me, so I cant be there to help, but I figure a box full of treats (you know People magazine and chick flicks) might be in order! Of course I will have to send some sweet treats too!
My business is doing amazing right now. Too busy for my own good, but I wouldnt trade it for anything.

Sorry things didn't work out with the challenge. I know he's pretty strick about the timing.
You are doing good, just keep working hard and those pounds will disappear.
