Today I feel thinner. My clothes seem less clingy to my gut, my pants feel a tad looser. I am working on my posture, trying to stand up taller, throw my shoulders back (even though my boobs stick out quite a bit more LOL). Pinch Pennys as my mom used to tell us (squeezing in your buttcheeks) when I walk.
I have been eating good and drinking tons of water! Scale is moving....I will be heading into April UNDER 200lbs! Just that thought keeps me motivated!
Today I am embarking on 40 days of no TV. I have given it up for Lent. So no TV for me until Easter. For me this is HUGE. I watch several hours of tv a week. All crap shows and mostly while I am doing something else. (baking, scrapbooking, working out). I am addicted to it, it helps me unwind and relax. But I also know I waste a ton of time doing it. So 40 days...I can do this. Even if it means missing the finale of Bachelor next week! (See, I told you, CRAP TV at its finest!)

Good luck with the no TV. As much as I don't watch TV I do like our Sunday afternoons when nothing is going on and we just park our butts and do nothing but watch mindless drivel. I still haven't come up with my 40 days yet. I need to mediatate and for me that's so hard. Maybe that should be it, learn to meditate each day. After 40 days maybe I'd know how. Hey, thank you I think that's it. WOW.
