Food is good, water is good, tonight I will ride my bike and work on my muscles.
Read one of the Prior Fat Girls blog this morning. Elle posted one of her tricks to stop herself from eating something she doesnt need. A top 10 list. So I decided to make my own.
Instead of eating Taco Bell (MY most favorite cheat - gross I know) I would rather...
1. Be able to run the whole 10K in July.
2. To be able to wear shorts and tank tops (it gets HOT here!)
3. Get cute bras and undies
4. Run and swim with my kids this summer
5. Not have my stomach hit my desk while I work
6. Not have lines from my jeans digging into my waist!
7. Having definition in my arms and legs
8. Fitting into my wedding dress to show my daughter (she keeps asking!)
9. Feel confidence
10. Prove to myself that I can do this!!
