feeling better

So last night was ok. Had some friends over for dinner. Then got into a big fight with P. He left for a friends house, slammed the door, called me to fight some more. I went to bed crying, woke up this am and went running. when I got home I laid back down in bed for a few minutes and he rolled over and said he was sorry. This is a big deal, he doesnt use those words to often.

I do feel a tad bit better today. The run definitly helped although I felt as though I was starting from day one again. Almost couldnt make the whole mile...and then only walked the 2nd on. I am feeling fat and bloated today, my pants are to tight, which helps as a reminder to not eat crap..and stick to the lunch I brought with me.

Thanks for all of your kind words, it helps to have words or wisdom and support from bloggyland!

Through thick & thin :) You two will be okay! Some days are tougher then others but just know, as long as you two continue to work it out and figure out how to move forward, you will be okay!

Glad you got your run in!

When we went through this last year with my dad, my hubby and I had a huge fight. He was so upset about the fight and the unbalance in our home due to my grievnig, he forgot to take his medication and ended up having a medical emergency.

It all worked out, though. He's fine, and we both learned that he was effected by it more than we both realized. It actually brought us closer together.

(((hugs)))

I'm sure the stress and sadness is affecting you both and it seems like only person you can vent it all out to is your spouse. It creates fights and misunderstandings, but I know you are strong enough to realize the situation and press through. When times get tough, they just seem to sometimes get tougher. You amaze me with your perseverance and strenght through all of this!!

It really is hard to get back into the swing of things when you haven't been doing them. The first run back is always the hardest. Keep going and by the next coupole of runs your body will remember all it was doing before!! Keep your head up Jenn and get those runs in. I know they will make you feel better!

It's amazing to me that you got your run in after that. I'd be so upset and that I'd be eating anything not nailed down. You are an inspiration!

You are so good with your running! I am truly inspired by you. Even in the toughest times, you can still get up in the morning and run. I don't know, maybe to some it's therapy...but to me, running is WORK! You should be proud of yourself, in my opinion. =)

What part of Maine did you grow up in for that small time in your life? I love Maine..it's peaceful and some of the views there are breathtakingly beautiful. Thank you for your kinds words on my blog =)
