I am here

Just with my head in the sand. Trying to dig my way out, feeling pretty bad right now.

Life's not easy! Sometimes it really helps to put it out there to strangers--esp. in the weight loss world, because most are very caring and compassionate.

After my Dad died, I was in a fog, a tunnel, for a few months. It's hard. It hurts. I didn't complain or talk much about it with people I know in real life because it made them uncomfortable. I wish I had blogged then, just to get my hurt out, my frustrations, my sorrow. Even if no one read it, it would have helped.

I hurt for you.

My Dad's been gone for 13 months tomorrow, and I still cry sometimes.

If you need a shoulder to cry on, I'm here.
