Two things for today.
First my weigh. Down 1.6lbs. Not as much as I was down yesterday (almost a lb more yesterday) but I will take it!
Second my challenge. Special Ops Mission, week 2, for OFB went great. I had originally planned to do the Shred for this as well as the no coffee, but I ran more instead. So I made it....FIVE days so far with NO coffee. I didnt die, although I could drink a cup right now! I cant to see what next week brings!

My plan for this weekend is to stay on track, workout at least one of the days and not go CRAAAZY on Saturday. We are having a bunch of people over to celebrate my kids birthdays.

I sooooo hate it when I way more than the day before on weigh in day! Its a freakin conspiracy!
Its cool how your body is letting go of all the cups of coffe you use to drink. Go Jen!
I fluctuate every day on that scale, and I always hope that weigh-in it will behave. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't.

congrats on the weigh in and for OFB mission accomplished!!!! i think i would die if i didnt have caffiene,so another congrats for not kicking the bucket even though you thought you would!

I weigh myself most days as well and also see a difference from one weigh in to the next...and most times i am less during the week and on the Monday when I do my official weigh in I'm weighing more!!

I have a fear for the scale so am now making sure I weigh in daily as I know the minute I stop worrying my eating habits I will gain and not weigh for months again...I have leant this lesson from past experience.
