Something new....

So this week on OFB our goal is to try something new for at least 3 days this week. Maybe no coffee (ME ME!!) or a new class at the gym. So I decided on top of my NO coffee I would try Jillians 30 day SHRED again. It was hard...it almost made me cry. I do need to get a workout mat because you are down on the ground quite a bit and I have hardwood floors so my folded up towel didnt do the trick.

Day two with no coffee is even harder....head is thumping...but as long as I am good by sat for my kids birthday party I am ok!

Bunco was a bust last night. Not eating wise, but game and prize wise. I had dijon chicken with white rice. No dessert and only a few red hots. We played Farkle (the hostess picks the game), not many people knew how to play and usually the prizes are distributed for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. Instead she gave 120$ in gift cards all to the winner! Maybe I am bitter because I tied for second LOL!! But a Michaels gift card would have been nice. I'm just being whiny and need to pull up my big girl panties HA!

No coffee and the shred all in one week? Wow--you amaze me!

Sorry about your game--that kind of stinks.

I tried the shred and it is very challenging. I stopped doing the shred becasue I got some new DVDs just as challenging Biggest Loser Power Sculpt and BL Cardio Max.

Keep at the shred you'll get better as the days go by.
