Last night I made some yummmmy pizza. I got some store brand crust, red sauce, red onion, spinach and chicken and used a serving of feta. I wish I had made more so I could have had some for lunch today!! I was disappointed with American Idol last night....I wanted Danny to win, so having screachy and weird mouth boy in the final two was a bummer!
I got up this am and did my run/walk with Tiff. We run around the school near her house. Each street is 1/4 mile. When we started I was only able to run 1 of them at a time. Today I ran a total of 5/8 laps. Tomorrow I will shoot for running 1 mile straight and doing a few more running laps to get to 6/8.
I am back to feeling into this. My eating has been good and hoping come Friday I will have dropped a few more pounds.

Yay for you! You are doing great with your running! If you continue to run and stay within a healthy calorie range, you will for sure lose more weight! Get it girl!

I love hearing your excitement of running! I remember the same feelings not too long ago. Just think in no time you'll be running a few miles straight. Great job!!
