So the weekend is over. WAHH
I got a ton done around my house. Floors cleaned, bathroom cleaned, kitchen's mostly sparkly and I got both kids room sorted out. Out with most of the winter clothes and filled their drawers with shorts for summer and weeded out some more toys for the garage sale in a few weeks.
My eating was not perfect at all, I had 2 meals that were not in line with my diet, but I lost 2.4lbs, so it didn't totally ruin me.
I worked out this morning and feel so much better when I do. Having girly problems last week kept me from a few workouts, but I'M BACK IN ACTION!
This morning I got some YUM recipes from Super Trainer and cant wait to try them out this week. I sent him an email and told him NO way on the meal replacement bars. I just found myself SKIPPING that meal instead of eating them. Which is a HUGE NO NO so I hope he can incorporate something else in the plan for those.
Below is a yummy one we made last week and I we will eat again this week. Even P liked them minue the cilantro and bell peppers!
