Here are some foods that I am eating these days. Lots of oatmeal, fruit, tuna, wheat bread and who knew I would be ever eating FLAX seed in stuff!
My protein shakes. I drink 1/2 of one before the gym and a full on as my "snack" after dinner.

Yucky plain oatmeal.....I do miss my Maple and Brown sugar instant

Flax...so far I have only put this into some meal replacement bars so I cant honestly say I "know" what it tastes like alone. I hear you can sprinkle it on oatmeal and cereal and such.

A chicken stirfry I made this week. TASTY!

You have got some healthy stuff there that will for sure put help you to lose the fat. That stir fry looks GREAT!
kick Axx girl, I'm super proud of your commitment and determination. I know this plan isn't easy, but all things easy really aren't worth doing in the long run! Here's to a successful week past and another to come!
