Back on track

Man its been a crazy weekend and I ate my way through it. I just cant seem to get a handle on my eating!! Like excuse after excuse of why its ok just this once BLAH!

We had my Father in law and his girlfriend in town for the weekend. It was bbq after bbq and lots of drinking. I am scared to weigh myself, although I am hoping some of the running is helping to counteract all my gross eating.

I have been guzzling water today and had my oatmeal, my hands are swollen and my ring wont come off.

I will come back tomorrow with a more interesting upbeat post.

Don't weigh today, you're holding too much water.

You've gone through an awful lot, give yourself a break. Your exercise is really good, so work into the food. Ease into it.

Stress is really difficult, and the type you've been under takes a long time to resolve.

You may have fallen off the wagon, but you're back on track now. That's all that matters.
