Operation FAT Blaster

I joined the OFB site today. So far I like what I see!

The Special Ops Mission for this week was to post that "thing" that is standing in our way. For me I feel like I have definitely got the working out part down. At least enough to get a loss if only my food was on track! For me its two things...
I love Starbucks. Starting Monday I will cut out this habit. NO MORE COFFEE! Its going to be hard, but I will do it. They are everywhere....on the corner near my house and right as I exit the freeway for work. Its my morning enemy!



The 2nd big problem I have is THREE PM! It hits this hour during the day and I get the munchies. So I need to come prepared and avoid 7-11 snacks! It really doesn't matter what snacky type food it is, I just like to munch. I am tired, praying for work to end....and I mindless munch, most of the time on crap food.


Ya well I am sure I could fill up a whole blog post about the other things standing in my way but for now I will start with these two things. No more coffee and no more snacking on Crap. I mean I can sit here and mindless chomp away on carrots and its looooow calories! So next week that's my plan!

If you go over to Starbucks web site, they have nutritional inof listed on all of the beverages and foods they serve. It's very helpful! :o)

I joind too!!! I don't drink coffee but I suffer from the 3PM syndrome this year as a first year teacher. We eat lunch at 10:15. That's not lunch...more like brunch. So by 3PM I'm famished. I started bringing a truckload of snacks with me so I could snack at 1PM and 3:30 PM on my way home. Gotta have my car snack.

Quitting coffee was my first step to weightloss. You may get a big headache but if u keep your motrin near by u should be just fine and give it a month n you'll see a difference in your weight loss too. Make it happen girlfriend!
