Well sadly I dont have any great pictures of me running since my hubby has the worst time getting to the finish line with the kids. 15,000 runners is ALOT!
It was the 2nd most amazing experience of my life (next to giving birth!) I got there about an hour ahead of time. Stretched and waited for my friend to get there. We lined up and were off. We were near the back so it took about 22 mins to go just the first mile. (Next year I will go more to the front). The weather was beautiful and they had bands playing through the course. There were a few pretty big hills but I managed to do WAY more running than walking. I finished a minute over the alloted time....but I finished (with some happy tears as I crossed the finish line) and feel so PROUD!
