Cake...I have been getting a few cake orders here and there. I am enjoying it so much! A cake decorator is what I want to be when I grow up LOL! Never in a million years did I ever expect to a an accountant. I wanted to be a nurse growing up, I guess probably because my mom was. Then in high school I was thinking I wanted to be an English Teacher. When I graduated I started college with no real set goal in mind and found a job as a admin. I really worked hard and enjoyed my job and was promoted very quickly to the accounting department. I have had 3 really good jobs, each that has taught me more and more about accounting and moved me up to the next level with no college degree. I dont love it, but I am good at it. Right now I am working for a company that makes armor for tanks. I do the collections, so I get to call and harp on people about money all day. Someday...I will be my own boss and make cakes!!

FUN! I have always wanted to learn the art of decorating cakes. I watch ACE of cakes on the FoodNetwork and stand in awh of what they create. You should post some pics of what you have done! I would love to see them.

Jen- if you want to be a cake decorator when you "grow up", then a cake decorator you will be!! Go for it girl, your cakes are awesome! if only I could taste one! I'm sure they are just as yummy as they look. Maybe you can be a "Cake-Boss" like the cake boss show on TLC! =)
