So I see some of you mention you have notifications when the blogs you follow update their blog. How do I do this??
I ran/walked 3 miles this morning. I kept getting a pain in my right thigh. I am feeling really good. Amazing what a few days of eating healthy can do for a person! Now if the scale would get moving back down I would be even happier.

I normally check out the blogs I follow by going to my own blog and looking at my blog roll. I know if you also go to your dashboard, you can look at the blogs you are following and it lets you read their posts. Or at least a few lines of their post!! I probably not helping you out though! :)
I use google reader. Down on the bottom of your dashboard you can click on add. then put the address in. Then on the right hand side click on view in google reader and you can read all the updates. I know there are other ways but that has worked great for me
