I am sad to finally admit that I have gained back weight. I knew I had....but last Friday I finally hopped on the scale and about had a stroke. I was down to 195 and on Friday was at 208.6. Thats just GROSS. In a bit more than a month I managed to gain back 13lbs. How is that even possible. All of my clothes were tight and I was living in the dark by not weighing myself.
I got back on track last week with my eating which was where I was suffering big time. So today I am happy to report a loss of 2.2. I needed to see a loss this morning and cant wait to see how much I lose next week with adding another day of cardio and cutting out the coffee.I ran this morning...its getting cooler and darker at 5:45 so I am glad I have a partner to run with. We just do a run around my housing development so we are not to far from home. So I am thinking ahead to the time change....it will be darker and I wont run in the pitch black. I am hoping by then I can afford a gym membership because I cant workout any later than 5:45 and I never seem to be able to get in a real workout at night...to tired etc.

Hey, you're back on track, right?
Have a great weekend, get another week of great eating under your belt and you'll have momentum to keep going!
Aww Jen, that sucks but your back on track and with the help of Operation Fat Blaster you can and will keep it moving.
Don't quit! Be strong! You can do this!
Hey, congrats on that loss.
I know why you gained, and you know why you gained. You're going through emotional hell.
I gained 50 pounds overnight (well, it felt like it)...weigh every day, no matter what. I'm so proud of you that you got back on program and lost. It's hard but you can do it!
((hugs))
You back and thats all that counts...I'm surrounding myself with *FAT FIGHERS* as I'm so scared I gain my weight back...it happens the moment one loses focus...
Keep going - keep moving, today is a new day
What counts now is you're back on track and you've figured out where you went wrong. That's happened to me before too, so I've discovered that I have to weigh myself weekly so I catch it early and correct any bad habits that crept back up on me. When I've gone that long or longer to step on the scale, I've often had quite an unpleasant surprise. You're back to business now...and I know you can do it! :o)
Holy cow. I just went through the same thing. I got on the scale and was up a couple of pounds. The only couple of pounds that I have lost. Scary. But I am working on getting rid of it again. Come join my JJ challenge
You have done it before and you can do it again. It is amazing how quickly it can come back on. Just make a plan and stick to it and CHUG THE WATER and it will be off before you know it.
