So today I spent a lot of my afternoon cooking and preparing for the week ahead. I got 3 salad kids made (1 for hubby), veggies cut up for easy grabbing and a pot of soup made for dinner tomorrow night and one lunch. I have my shakes, oatmeal and cottage cheese ready for breakfasts and a bunch of yummy dinner planned out. I feel excited to start my week ahead of the game and I wont be standing in front of the fridge in the morning grabbing this and that and throwing it in a bag before I run out of the house for lunch. Now for a shower and some "before" pictures.
