So not sure if I am extra hungry today or if its my brain dealing with the cake that's making me that way. Its sure crazy how a certain food can trigger feelings like this. Sounds odd, but I am feeling very anxious about this. Looking at the clock, wondering when they are going to cut it, etc. And its been this way ALL day. STUPID CAKE!
I have eaten more today than normal, but all things that are ok.
B: oatmeal, coffee
S: Banana (don't usually have a morning snack)
L: Soup (veggies and meatballs)
S: 12 pop chips
then a pudding. Its 2:30!
I don't feel hungry, just got my water filled up, so I am SET for the cake cutting. Just typing this out makes it sound even more ridiculous and I guess someone out there might feel this way. Going back and forth in my head....you DON'T need cake, but who will ever know, your NOT hungry, but who eats cake to get full, it tastes good, you NEED to try a big piece to make sure its good to sell, A small taste will be fine. Back and forth ALL DAY LONG.
Typing this is making me feel stronger. Making me feel like I can handle this. Reminding myself how GOOD I will feel when I walk away with a small taste and not a honking piece.
I CAN DO THIS!
