Feeling weak today, but holding strong. Water has been low today, so trying to get at least a good amount in me before work is done. Tonight is a busy night, dinner, homework, baths, cake order, cupcake order.
Tomorrow night is dinner #1 for my birthday. With a bunch of my friends. Elephant Bar. I picked this place before I was dieting again. My choices are fairly slim. I am hoping maybe someone wants to share something. There are a few things I LOVE there, but wow looking at the calories is frightening.
what I would get and eat all of it:
Crispy Honey Orange Shrimp and white rice: 1150cals, 53 grams of fat, 3540 mg of sodium, 154 carb, 4 fiber 74g of sugar. Then a drink or two and probably share dessert.
how gross!
I wrote down several options all under 600 cals (french dip - I figure this one even less if I skip the bread and eat the meat and dip and fire grilled lemon garlic chicken). I am hoping they have their Thai Style Chicken Soup with 2 pita chips. I will have that and a side wedge for 400 cals (including dressing). I am going to skip dessert for sure....but I am really wanting a drink. So I will go search for something that wont break the bank. But 600-700 cals for a meal is good. I have a salad planned for lunch (roughly 280). So all in all I will end the day around 1200-1300.
Saturday night is dinner at BJ's (I know why do I pick these places) and Sunday a bbq at my parents with burgers, corn, beans and CAKE. Cake is dumb! LOL

I'm so proud of you for checking it out ahead of time. It helps SO much to have in your head what you're getting before you go. Don't even OPEN the menu.
