Yesterday I had a great eating day and an even better water day!! Usually my cycle is this: Weigh in on Saturday, eat like a cow all weekend and forget to drink water. I am up a couple lbs on Monday, do good mon-weds and by thurs I am actually showing a loss, then by sat when I weigh in I have a loss. BUT this week is different. Since I stayed mostly on plan this weekend and drank my water, I am showing a loss today!! That's huge for me! :) So hoping by Sat, I will see 3lbs GONE!
This morning was rough. The biggest J was having one of "those" mornings. She is 5, life ends if her granola bar is wrong, she forgets her jacket, she is too cold to get dressed etc. My littlest J is sick, coughing and snotty. I thank GOD for my stepmom. She watches him Mon-Weds and will take him even when he sick and take GREAT care of him :)
Yesterdays eats:
B: oatmeal, coffee, ff creamer
L: Sopa de Albondigas (Amazing meatball soup)
S: FF pudding cup
D: 2 eggs, 2 bacon, whole wheat toast
S: popcorn
Water: 90oz (I have NEVER drank that much in a day!!)

I have the same problem with weekends, I am getting there too!
That is so nice of your MIL - it's great the have support!
Yay yay yay! You can do it. Just say no to cake.
